“Continue detention against Mr. Wessel, Mr. Krasniqi and Mr. Selimi is a serious concern in relation to international standards for human rights and the principle of proportionality,” has stated Musliu for indexonline.
She has stressed that, despite the lack of new developments that would reason on keeping them in custody, secure alternative measures have been proposed that have not been taken into consideration.
