Montenegro condemns the soldier who was arrested in Decani for plates “Kosovo is Serbia”

Rajko Krivokafic and Dragutin Llaatovic, as well as another Montenegrin citizen, with M.J. initials. They were arrested in November last year in Decani. They had been sent to custody until the Special Prosecutor had announced in January that he has fired the investigation against them.
