The conference comes in the wake of recent developments in The Hague, reported of mistreatment against KLA four, Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi, by a former guard in Scheveningen currently specialised prosecutor.
The one from a prison guard became an investigator, then promoted to the deputy chief, all too late as the head of the Paraburg Center.
