Besides the new figures, some ministers who will continue to exercise the same functions they currently hold. Who are the ministers who managed to resist and maintain the same position?
1. Belinda Balluku Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy
Belinda Balluk has been confirmed again in the two key posts she holds -- deputy prime minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy. With this new mandate, it continues its task since 2019 at the ministry and from 2022 as the government's number two. Balluk is known for her experience in the field of transport and energy, and for contributing to the modernisation of national infrastructure.
2. Petrit Malaj Minister of Finance
Petit Malaj follows in the post of finance minister, which he has held since July 2024. With a long career in the financial sector and international experience, it will be the focus of budget management, investments and fiscal reforms.
3. Adea Pirdeni state minister for Anti-corruption
Adea Pirdeni has been reconfirmed as State Minister for Anti-Corruption. Known for its commitment to justice and public administration, Pirden will continue to lead efforts to boost transparency and fight corruption in state institutions.
4. Majlinda Dukka é chief EU integration negotiator
Prime Minister Rama has reconfirmed Majlinda Dukka as chief negotiator for Albania's European Union membership process. The violence will play a key role in running the negotiations process in the most delicate and crucial stages of integration.
5. Pirro Vangu Minister of Defense
Pirro Veng is another confirmed name in the new government cabinet. Named Defence Minister in July 2024, Veng will continue to lead this strategic dictatorship, based on his experience in managing public sectors and fighting corruption.

Standing Ministers but Changing Dicster
1. Albana Kociu Interior Minister
Following a mandate at the Ministry of Health and Social Health, Albana Kociu moves to one of the most important cabinet posts: Internal Affairs. It brings to this position its experience in administration and public reform, with the focus on building institutional capacities.
2. Deline Ibrahimaj é Minister of Economy and Innovation
Deline Ibrahimaj, who formerly was State Minister for Enterprises and Business Climate, takes the lead in the Ministry of Economy and Innovation. With a career built in the country's financial institutions, Ibrahimaj is tasked with pushing economic development through digitalisation and improved investment climate.
3. Mirela Godbarto Minister of Education
One of the longest-lived figures in Edi Rama's cabinets, Mirela Godbarlo, leaves behind the Ministry of Tourism and Environment to take the lead in the Ministry of Education. In the new task, Godbarto is expected to focus on modernising the education system and improving the quality of education.
4. Blendi Gonjja Minister of Culture and Tourism
