Former Albanian Prime Minister Pascal Milo commented on Kosovo's position on the international scene, shortly after the conference at the United Nations.
According to Milos, political class disputes in Kosovo do not attract attention and that the focus of Americans has gone towards Serbia.
Furthermore, Milo said Kosovo is making big strategic mistakes which are unforgivable and cannot live without a powerful support of an international factor.
“Kosovo does not form news to submit to the UN, the bad news is the one that spreads faster. Kosovo has reached the point of satisfaction and does not attract attention, only if a bigger crisis occurs than we have. Political class internal disputes no longer attract attention, and Kosovo, as far as I judge it, is being abandoned by its fate. Serbia has increased its potential, and US attention to Serbia has increased. Serbia is a country that has more weight in Western accounts”, he said.
The objective is for Serbia to secede from Russian influence. Westerners, but Americans are wrong if they think they're going to pull Vucic out of their side, they can't erase the story and tear him out of Russia, they don't even pull him out of China because he's become an economic donor from Serbia”, Milo said, attending news.
Furthermore, Milo praised that Kosovo is making huge mistakes in relation to its position in the Balkans and said Kurti's goals will not be realised.
Kosovo has long been making big strategic, unforgivable mistakes. Kosovo cannot survive without strong support from an international factor. He must give up unalterable ambitions, not what Kurti and his party for Albanians in the region and regional politics happen. A small country is forced to survive having an ally”, Pascal Milo said at the end./Periscopi/
