Miftaraj has said that a president who exploits all state privileges that guarantee his official position cannot be protected by attacking the media.
According to him, the president and her family are public interest.
“Media follows the news that is public interest. The president and his family are public interest. A politician and her family, which is guarded 24 hours by specialised police officers and professionals, cannot be presented as victim”, wrote Miftaraj.
“You've degraded the functions you hold and the public institutions that you drive to the extent that we don't know whether it's the institution of the Republic of Kosovo or a children's nest”, he wrote away.
