Miftaraj for Osman: Benefits in Constitutional and Legal argumentation

Ehat Miftaraj from the Kosovo Institute for Justice has said that President Vjosa Osmani's comment to the constitution is a powerful political declaration, but with weak constitutional and judicial argumentation.

Miftaraj says it would be politically correct if such a letter was addressed to diplomatic representatives to protect its stance on the constitutional process.
