Tonight, in the heart of the northern part, with our four candidates, Izmir Zeqiri (Zubin Potok), Ilir Pecin (Zvecan), Hamza (North Mitrovica) and Shacir Hetem (Leposaviq), are strengthening representation and giving it voice and dignity.
