“The DVP Elbasan Crime Investigation structures, in close co-operation with the Prosecutor, following a deepening investigation followed by special methods for several months, finalised the codenamed police megaoperation “Daverst Day”, which focused the crackdown on persons involved in the sale and distribution of narcotics, lying at different times and places, mainly near schools' facilities, locals, and beyond, in Elbashan, Books, Gram, Crecrech, Pescqi, Beljna and Perres.
Under this operation security measures were executed “arrest in prison” for criminal work “Producing and selling narcotics”, for citizens: A. B., 42, E. S., 48, S. B., 56, A. (A.) B., 52, F. Th., 34, H. G., 64, G. T., 37, M. B., 45, P. Q., 50, S. B., 38, D. E., 38, M. Q., 38, S. S., 46, B. G., 64, I. K., 38, M. E., 36, I. F., 45, all residents in Elbasan, K. H., 34, A. K., 50, resident of Phuci; I. B., 41, K. C., 24, F. R., 24, K. C., 30, M. B., 24, resident of Liberdez, P. T., 30, resident of Prrenjas.
The investigation documented the criminal activity of these citizens, involved in criminal activities in the field of selling and distributing narcotics, which were organized into small or individual groups throughout the Elbasan district.
And citizens were arrested in French: J. A., 32, for criminal work “The production and sale of narcotics”, A. T., 31, for criminal acts “The production and sale of narcotics”, “holds without permission and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition”, and “Preservation and deposit of smuggled goods”, V. D., 36, for criminal work “production and possession of hunting weapons”; N. D., 43, for criminal work “Producing and selling narcotics” and L. J., 50, for criminal work “The production and sale of narcotics” and referred to materials in the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings for citizen H. D., 57 years old.
During this operation, quantities of narcotic cocaine and cannabis, pistol and Kalashnikov firearms, hunting rifles, significant quantities of combat ammunition, electronic scales, knives, fist reinforcers, alleged smuggling tobacco plates, laptops, tablets, DVR, vehicle license plates (Albanian and Belgian), euro, pound, dollar, Swiss francs and 24 mobile phones”, police suggested.
