In Kosovo, according to family members, it is not possible to establish an exact diagnosis, and there is no medical capacity to handle its case at the professional level she needs. Therefore, family exercise is for urgent transportation abroad, where advanced examinations, specialized diagnosis, and adequate treatment can be conducted.
