According to the indictment handed down at the Foundation Court in Pristina, J. J. It is suspected that from an indefinite period to its arrest on February 28, 2025, it has acted consciously and purposely to serve the interests of an intelligent foreign service, seriously jeopardising the constitutional order and national security of the Republic of Kosovo.
The defendant, who held the “Office of the National Programme” at the Regional Centre of O The SEU in Mitrovica has allegedly secured and distributed documents and sensitive information in favour of BIA.
According to the prosecution, these data have included sensitive information of Kosovo's political and security nature, which has been used to create a hostile framework for Kosovo security and citizenship institutions.
Developed investigations have revealed that J. J. has acted under A.V. guidelines, already convicted of spying, and that through its official contacts and the contents of OSCE reports, it has contributed to the spread of the gear violating the integrity of the Republic of Kosovo.
Information, according to the Prosecutor, has been transmitted to BIA senior officials, including R.G., responsible for the Novi Pazar region, and L.B., with which J. J. He has reportedly met in Belgrade as well.
For these actions, the Special Prosecutor has demanded the continuation of the detention measure for the defendant, as well as its conviction and the pronunciation of a sentence in line with legislation in force.
