Mandatin was finished, but the luxury s'e stopped, government spending increases

Kosovo Statistics Agency (ASK) reports that the Kosovo government has spent 784.9m euros in the second quarter of 2025 or 105.8m euros more than in the same period last year. “All the expenses of the General Government at TM2 2025 were 784.9 million euros, while the costs at the TM2 [...]
“All the expenses of the General Government at TM2 2025 were 784.9 million euros, while the expenditures on TM2 2024 were 679.1 million Euro”, says the publication of the Governing Account for the second quarter (TM2) by the AK, forward Periscope.

According to the AKS, much of the spending is made up: compensation of workers (28%); social contributions and benefits (26%); gross capital formation (15%); and middle consumption (14%). The remainder of expenditures, however, has been distributed into other categories of expenditures.
This publication also pictures the revenue mirror and government spending within this period.

According to the AKS, the total inflows of the General Government at TM2 2025 stood at 972.6m euros, until access to TM2 2024 stood at 782.6m euros.
“The largest share of revenues is: product taxes that represent 64%; income flow taxes (16%); active and financial obligations (10%). While the remainder has been distributed into other categories of inflow”, it says in the ASS communiqué.
