Lutfi Haziri of the LDK said the constitutional spirit is under way that political parties do not recognise and that they cannot have major victories and that it is mandatory to engage in co-operation with another party.
“Constitutional Fryma, Republic of February 17th 2008 in Kosovo, is built that political parties do not recognise and will not have the opportunity to win big victories, despite the election results, is called the first winning party and is obliged to build co-operation” Haziri said at Kanal10.
He further added that co-operation is not only political will, but it is the constitutional spirit and pragmatism required is political value and is not weakness. But according to Haziri, Kurt is taking it as a weakness.
The “is not just political will, co-operation is the constitutional spirit and pragmatism that is required, the compromise we call in certain steps is not political value, it is not weakness, Mr. Kurti is taking it as weakness and constitutional spirit is translating it into constitutional conditioning”, Haziri said./Periscopi/
