CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi has told RTKli that political subjects have reported on the event.
“Pulling lots for ranking political subjects in the ballot is an open process, guaranteeing full transparency and equal treatment of all political subjects”, Elesi said.
The election campaign for political subjects will begin on 13 September and will be completed shortly before the opening of the polling Centres at 06:59 October 12th./Periscopi/
