Location with a view to the Serbian List: Osman in line with VVA, retorted by LDK

Like the Vetevendosje Movement, Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has said that the functioning of the Kosovo Parliament should not be blocked by the lack of a deputy chairman, as well as criticised the Serbian List that it is “synon” to block formation of the country's institutions, Periskopi reports. She has commented on Periscope as deputy chairman [...]
Her statement has commented on Periscope's deputy chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Lutfi Haziri.
He has said it does not matter what statements are made before the media, but what he has sent to the Constitution.
“Must see in substance, letter or comment that the president gives in constitutionally, that's what she says and what she says and how she behaves doesn't really impress me. I care if there are comments, what are the comments you address at the Constitutional Court. But since the LDK today as the political party that represents in parliament has addressed its comments and we know the constitutional priorities, we are building up this constitution, being founders of this republic, of course we are together with the process of this constitution and are well aware of the spirit of this constitution.
The president of the LDK has promised us that she would be the guardian of the uncompromous Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, and that without promise should be held”, he has declared Periscope.
Haziri, when asked about the Parliament if he can continue without deputy chairman from the ranks of the Serbian List, he responded by saying that there is no one right to interfere with the sovereignty of the Parliament.
There is no one right to intervene in the sovereignty of the Republic of Kosovo Assembly, we are the highest constitutional body and we elect President, Court of Constitutional Court and Government judges. Others should be surprised by the Repbulika Assembly, and not the Repbulics House, them or her, in any situation. The attack that I address to the Constitutional Court before the president has been unprecedented because it has now opened up space for others to attack other judges who have names that are judges and are authorities elected by the republic's assembly with the same procedure, with similar mandates. I continue to believe that the president who on this political path has been hand-bound...” said, among other things.
Last week, the Constitutional Court unanimously imposed temporary measures by which it prevented elected MPs from taking action, as well as prevented the development of any procedure for forming the new government.
The court imposed this measure, which will be in effect until September 30th, ex-antiio and on the request of Serbian List deputies.
The nine deputies of the Serbian List and the goran deputy, Adem Hoxha, addressed the Constitution at the request on August 30th, regarding the vote for the Serbian deputy chairman in the Kosovo Assembly.
The court stressed that without assessing the allegations raised by the Serbian List for constitutional violations in the August 26th and 28th sessions, it is necessary to prevent all further actions towards the selection of the Government and continuing the work of the Parliament”. /Periscopi/
