Liridona murder: Naim Murseli and the other two are brought to court under strict security

According to the indictment filed on January 15th 2025, Murseli is accused of planning to kill his wife for family and marriage motives, agreeing that Granit Plava carried out the murder for 30 thousand euros. The plan had first been unveiled to the Cocaus, who had then bound Mursel and Plav.
Also, the prosecution says that Mursel had bought a 20-shot gun from Tom Dodaj for 280 euros, a weapon with which the murder was carried out. Dodaj earlier admitted guilt and was sentenced to 5 years in prison and 5 thousand euros in fines.
At the first session on January 31st 2025, Naim Murseli was acquitted, while Plava and Kokola were not declared guilty. The report by the Forenzie Psychiatry Institute has found that Mursel did not suffer from any mental disorder at the time of his work.
Today's hearing is expected to shed light on new evidence and the course of this much-followed judicial process.
