The Lipjan municipality explains the public contract: VV candidate interpretation is for campaign consumption, tendency for public disinformation

The Lipjan municipality through a reaction has revealed that procurement activity has developed through the official platform of Open Procurement, where six electronics have been accepted.

According to the municipality, the contract was awarded to the operator at the lowest price.

“GEO (Economic Operators Group) adhered to the candidate for the Lipjan municipality from the Vetevendosje Movement ranks in Lipjan, in fact it was OE, which has offered the freest bid submitted according to the DT criteria. The evaluation process is based on legal provisions under the Law for Public Procurement of the Republic of Kosovo No. 04/L-042 modified and filled out with Lgjin No. 04/L-237, Law No. 05L-068 and Law No. 05 L-092, and Orders, No.0/01/2022 for Public Procurement, Consolidated version 11,11.2024, and according to FTD. In terms of this assessment was made in full accordance with FTD, Article 1,6, 7, 52 59, concerning the 60th article of the LPP, Article 27, 39, concerning Article 40 of the No.0 01,2022 Public Procurement 11.11.2024, the consolidation version”, is said in response.

The municipality has clarified that there was no legal ban on any of the bidders.

As far as one of the owners has been official in the Lipjan municipality, the case has been addressed in the context of legal provisions 1, 6 and 7 of the LPP. According to what has been being stopped by the law and law of the Republic of Kosovo, the same OE has submitted evidence according to the 65th LPP article, the approval of candidates or Tennders, there is no decision ] condemning the form. The response is said to be that the interpretation by the VV candidate is entirely unprofessive and for the consumption of electoral campaign with a tendency to disinformation of the public.
