I'm Demi Vokshi. Yes, I'm in a wheelchair, confined to my feet, but my heart, my mind, and my soul is free and no one can restrict me.
I'm very sad, and I'm also angry when I see the ruling party making fun of me, just because I'm in the carriage. To make fun of a man because of his state of health on a party account is the lowest point of human human human population”.
I have not chosen this situation, but I have been forced to accept it with dignity and have always tried to be an example of courage and will for others despite my condition. My chariot has never stopped me from dreaming, working and fighting for this city. Rather, it has made me stronger and more rebellious against injustice, financial mismanagement, and the shameful scheme of this government.
These unconventional people are not just laughing at Demi Vokshi. They are making fun of any family that has a loved one in this situation. They are making fun of any person who faces challenges every day, yet does not give up”, he said.
Vokshi has been cautioning that citizens know who works with heart and who does propaganda, expressing support for Gjilan's candidate for chairman, Arber Ismajli.
I need no one's mercy, but what I want is respect and mercy for my condition which I didn't choose, but chose the great God. Despite that, I am very proud of myself and of my human dignity. I walk more in a wheelchair of heart and will than those who had feet but did not move a step to their city for four years of government. The people know who works with heart and who engage in propaganda. Therefore, we, along with Arber Ismajli chairman, will move towards major challenges for citizens. With my chariot and the steps of Arber, we will be on our way to victory even to a better life for all our citizens. Along with great dignity and heart, we walk to the new Gjilan”, Vokshi wrote.
