Alternative Speaker and VV partner Mimoza Kusari-Lila has said that the Vetevendosje Movement has respected all the Constitutional Court decisions.
Kusari-Lila said that in contrast with respecting decisions, political statements by VV leaders have had different agreement.
No Constitutional Court decision is that Sė has respected the Vetevendosje Movement. So all the decisions to date are respected by VV”.
The “Political statements are different, but decisions are largely respected. The political statements have had a different cootation, not anyone you can say why in the election process, my opinion. But for that we distinguish, and for that we keep additional emblems”, Kusari-Lila said in Rubikko in Klan Kosova.
In turn, she said she disagrees with the approach of incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti and other VV officials to mention by names and surname the Constitutional Court judges and judges of other courts.
However, in terms of exercising the influence of the preliminary parties, I think we have failed to depoliticise the legal system in Kosovo”.
“In the current situation, I think judges should be judges of Kosovo, even of the Constitutional and others. I do not agree with the approach [to be mentioned by the names of judges]”, she said.
