Kusari-Lila wants only choice: They're the only solution, government numbers haven't been created yet

Vetevendosje Movement MP Mimoza Kusari-Lila has declared that in the current political circumstances in Kosovo, the only solution to exit the crisis remains the new parliamentary elections. It estimates that the situation created in the Assembly has exceeded the normal institutional framework and that there is no more room for normal functioning.
“If we have a Constitutional Court act, however I think that in a democratic way and institutional functioning, the only solution from the current situation is the new parliamentary elections. I don't see it possible to get back to normal after all this block”, has declared Kusari-Lila.
It has criticised the opposition's approach, which, according to her, is avoiding responsibility through demands in the Constitution, rather than taking responsibility through the vote in the Parliament.
The Parliament's “Deputies, instead of taking responsibility by vote for the obligations they owe, decide to seek solutions through Constitutional Court decisions. So, under such circumstances, the most conservative would be for the country to go into extraordinary elections, in the function of democracy and the will of the sovereign”, she said.
According to Kusari-Lila, besides political dimension, even practical and financial aspects make it necessary to go to the elections.
Kusari-Lila said it is obvious that the government does not have the numbers to continue and any effort to co-operate with opposition parties currently seems impossible.
“This is the issue that is subject to the discussion and decision making of the largest party in the country, the Vetevendosje Movement. It is clear and obvious that 61 numbers for the government have not been created yet. As for co-operation, it will all depend on the positions of opposition subjects, but the best for citizens and the credibility of the process is going to new elections”, she has said.
Kusari-Lila has also accused opposition parties of lack of co-operative will and tact at the expense of stability in the country.
As we speak, we are seeing the statements of these parties at all times in relation to the functioning of the country and with Prime Minister Kurti's LVV. I don't see spirit or co-operation in them; on the contrary, I'm seeing the tactics that are ongoing, unfortunately, even at the price of stability and security in the country”, she said.
According to her, the opposition's absence in the voting process for the election of deputy head of the Parliament by the Serb community, Nenad Raspic, is clear indication of their political goals.
<x0) Nenad Rassic, has shown very well that their accounts do not concern co-operation with LVV, but rather with maintaining the old partnership with the Serbian List and cultivating this partnership for a possible government by the opposition”, it concluded.
