It is not the first time Albin Kurti throws “bals” on the Constitutional Court, reports Periscope.
He even said today that The Constitutional Court is acting as a political shadow of opposition to Vetevendosje.
He has said that since he was now elected chairman of the Parliament and four vice-presidents, the Court took temporary measures on the request of the Serbian List.
He has said that this “is similar to whether Arben Vitita issues medical decisions so that those seven judges can go on medical leave due to their heavily burdened state”.
By four and a half months from mid-April, three months are the Constitutional Court's delay. A month and a half delayed to address the AAK complaint, as much as the PDK's LDK complaints. The immediate opposition addressed the Constitution. Do you know why, because five of the seven Constitutional judges were elected in 2018 when the ruling coalition was in power PAN with the Serbian List”, he said.
And Glauk Konjufca, has said that political crises do not come from heaven, nor do they float.
According to him, the Constitutional Court also contributed to the crisis.
Its “s were more political than constitutional. The Constitution is ahead of a big decision. The court has nothing to interpret further the Constitution. Either the way will be opened for the Parliament to continue or we will continue in new elections. The third scenario is the worst possible. A scenario at the level of state treason, a scenario that gives Serbian List and Belgrade the right to veto the Republic of Kosovo. The Republic of Kosovo cannot be hostage to the Serbian List. We have the Assembly and we will have the government”, he said.
Their statements were immediately reacted to the opposition Bga.
PDK MP Blerta Deliu-Codra says responsibility for the impasse has a name and that is Albin Kurti.
“Albin Kurti, as always, when faced with challenges or failures, tries to find others guilty. Now he is accusing the Constitutional Court and opposition parties of delays in the constitution's constitutionalisation, ignoring successive violations of the Constitution he and his party have made. The truth about the impasse of Parliament and institutions is clear: responsibility has a name, Albin Kurti. The rest are pure propaganda.”, Deliu-Kodra has indicated in her response through posting Facebook.
While AAK chairman Ramush Haradinaj said that Kurti does not speak of successive violations of the Constitution, which, according to him, has made him and his party, but chooses to cheat by blaming the Constitutional Court.
This reminds me of that popular expression when the haji screams catch the thief. Those judges have chosen the legitimate Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, not its imaginary formations! The truth about the impasse, not only of the Parliament but of the State, has only one name, and that is Albin Kurti, and today it is clear to everyone except Albin Kurti's mind is vague!”, Haradinaj wrote among other things.
And publicist Shkelzen Maliqi has reacted after Kurti attacked the Constitutional Court for the recent ruling on the work of the Parliament.
Through a Facebook post, he has said Kurt has 48 deputies and is not to blame for the Constitution he is getting votes.
He added that Kurt likes to be on duty.
“Kurti has 48 deputies to crack down on the new government, cinnaia is to blame for why the Court is failing to find a vote and he is very much enjoying remaining a mile in office”.
