It is not the first time Albin Kurti throws “bals” on the Constitutional Court, reports Periscope.

PDK MP Blerta Deliu-Codra says responsibility for the impasse has a name and that is Albin Kurti.

And publicist Shkelzen Maliqi has reacted after Kurti attacked the Constitutional Court for the recent ruling on the work of the Parliament.
Through a Facebook post, he has said Kurt has 48 deputies and is not to blame for the Constitution he is getting votes.
He added that Kurt likes to be on duty.
