Today's <x0m> for violating Estonia's airspace from Russia is very disturbing. Kosovo solidifies with Estonia during this time”, Kurti wrote on X.
Estonia accused Russia of violating its airspace following the free entrance of three MiG-31 fighter aircraft into the Baltic country's sky.
Estonia's Foreign Ministry announced that the incident occurred in the Vaindloo Island area Friday morning, with planes staying in Estonian airspace for nearly 12 minutes, the national news agency ER reported.
According to officials, the planes had no flight plans, identification devices were off and did not perform radio communication with Estonian air traffic services during the breach.
Estonian authorities strongly condemned the incident, labeling it a brutal “violation of the country's sovereignty.
