As a sign of commemoration, KSF units have announced that they have lowered flags to half-staff in all barracks, thus recalling the tragedy that shocked the world 24 years ago.
“The Kosovo Security Force in honour and commemoration of terror victims in the United States, units of the Kosovo Security Force have today issued flags at half-staffing all KSF barracks, thus commemorating victims of the terrorist attack that took place on September 11th 2001. The KSF and the people of Kosovo will be at once, next to our friends on a difficult day and on holiday day”, the announcement said.
