According to him, it would undermine the balance of respect for the rights of all non-partisan communities.
He said the Assembly should continue its work and that no community can use seats to bring blockades.
“We have requested from the Constitutional Court not to take on the basis of the Serbian List complaint, because it would undermine the balance of respect for the rights of all communities, not majority and representation in the country's institutions. We estimate that the Assembly should continue work and no community can use the seats guaranteed to bring blockades, much more the Serbian List”, Krasniqi said at the media conference on behalf of the Multiethnic Group in the Kosovo Assembly.
On 5 September, the Constitutional Court approved the provisional measure demanded by the Serbian List.
Under the Constitutional decision, the provisional measure is imposed from 5 September to 30 September, so MPs are barred from any action, as well as any procedure for forming the Government./Periscopi/
