Kosovo's number of visitors increases markedly

In July of this year, the number of visitors (placers and foreigners) at hotels was 77 thousand and 481, of which 34.40 percent were locals and 65.6 percent were outside. According to the Kosovo Statistics Agency, compared with July 2024 (as many as 57 thousand and 447 visitors) there has been an increase in the total number of visitors to hotels for 34.9 percent.

The net concentration number was 168 thousand 202, of which 36.2 percent of locals and 63.7 percent of foreigners”, said the ASK communique during the publication of Hotel Statistics for July 2025.

According to the AKS, the largest number of domestic visitors to hotels has the Pec region with 9 thousand 208 visitors, and with 25 thousand and 734 net stays.

The AK also suggests that in terms of foreign visitors, compared with the preliminary period (July 2024), there has been an increase of 33.3 percent. A total of 50,000 and 825 foreign visitors, of whom the largest number was from: Albania, Germany, Switzerland, Turkey, etc./Periscopi/
