A person has been arrested for war crimes at the Elu White border crossing, followed by Periscope.
The police through a communique have announced that D.N. has been banned under suspicion of criminal activity <x0] wage war against population”.
“D.N., allegedly during the Kosovo war, between April 13th and April 30th 1999, in co-ordination with members of Serbian police and military forces, has participated in the killing of 25 Albanian civilians in the Gjilan municipality of”, the report said.
Within the previous legal deadline, the Special Prosecutor will apply for the appointment of the detention measure at the Foundation Court in Pristina, the Special Department.
