The main theme of the conference was international co-operation and co-ordination among Western Balkan countries for investigating and prosecuting war crimes.
In his speech, Chief Prosecutor Isufaj briefed participants on the work of Kosovo's Special Prosecutor in dealing with these cases, the institution's commitment and commitment to the war crimes investigation and the establishment of international co-operation.
While staying in Croatia, Chief Prosecutor Isufaj held a working meeting with Croatia's chief prosecutor Ivan Turudic.
“They discussed topics of common interest in the field of justice, and agreed to continue co-operation and close co-ordination between the two countries. Meanwhile, other participants at this conference agreed on the need to deepen co-operation in this area and on taking measures that provide adequate protection to victims of these serious human rights violations”, the State Prosecutor reports.
