Processors of 270 and 271 Council meetings were approved at this meeting, while the emphasis was also placed on adopting Administrative Guide for the appointment of the orientation rate for state prosecutors, which enters into force immediately.
The report says that among other important decisions, KKP approved:
They arrange for the election of prosecutorial members of the Prosecutorial Council, with two changes;
The report on the advancement of several prosecutors in the Appeals Prosecutor, where Sebahate Hoxhaj ébahate Pepaj, Dishur Juja and Kujtim Munishi advanced from September 15, 2025;
The report on advances to the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, where Albanian prosecutors Yupa and Qazim Kuci advanced, originally from June 8, 2025;
The request for advancement at the Department of Foundation Prosecution in Prizren and the announcement of the competition for this post from September 8th 2025.
The council appointed prosecutor Qazim Kuci as a mentor at the Justice Academy, while Arian Gashi was appointed a member of the Commission for Market Conditions.
Another major decision was prosecutor Arben Ismajli's permanent transfer to the Randa Crime Department at the Founding Prosecutor's Office in Gjilan, starting on September 15, 2025.
In the function of strengthening transparency and accountability, KKP:
Update the list of prosecutors serving on investigative panels;
He founded two investigative panels for disciplinary cases at the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Prizren and Special Prosecutor;
He rejected a request by the ombudsman's institution for disciplinary investigation.
Also, according to the announcement, the Council approved the Commission's final report on the Prosecutors' performance assessment of seven prosecutors with a permanent mandate and authorised change of decision No. 77/2018.
Strategic decisions were made regarding data storage and maintenance of objects:
Chief Hajdaraj was authorised for signing the inter-institution agreement with the Judiciary Council and the Kosovo Police for data storage;
Director General of the KKP Secretariat, Mr. Sami Istrefi was authorized to sign the agreement with the Ministry of Internal Affairs for transferring responsibilities for maintenance of the C target to the Palace of Justice.
In conclusion, the KKP authorised the Commission for Normative Issues to take action to reproduce two commissions in line with the Law for the Prosecutorial Council and to draft the regulation for protecting personal data in the prosecutorial system.
The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council remains committed to increasing the efficiency and integrity of the prosecutorial system in the Republic of Kosovo.
