A 53-year-old from Kosovo has fallen into the cuffs of Durres Port police after attempting to smuggle 49 mobile phones (IPhore) into Albania, which had hidden them in the truck cabin. The following sub-x0> of intensive border access/responding controls, Durres Port Border Police services, based on risk analysis and anti-evils analysis at the border, finalised police operation “Smartphone”, as a result of which a case was hit in the cargo smuggling field. Kosovo citizen S. I., 53, resident in Kosovo. At Port Durres, at the entrance, Border Police services, during control of the vehicle leading by citizen S. I, they found hidden in the cabin, dozens of cell phones (iPhones), for which this citizen had no buying receipts”, writes A2cn, broadcast Periscope.
Police seized mobile phones in the quality of material evidence, along with his truck and 2 mobile phones.
The procedure was passed on to the Prosecutor's Court of the First Stairway of General Jurydiction Durres for further action.
