KMDLNJ has stated that construction of a hospital under the Kosovo Correcting Service is necessary in order to improve the health treatment of persons deprived of freedom.
A major problem, according to the KMDLNJ, also presents the transport of prisoners for treatment, especially high-risk cases.
“According to the KMDLNJ, the late Zhuqi convict was rushed to S.R. Payers from the Q.K. Ambulantor Unit. that, according to the KMDLNJ, were and insufficient for handling serious cases. The body of the deceased, by the prosecutor's decision, has been sent to the Institute for Legal Medicine for Obligation, as presented to LSP. KMDLNY has earlier stressed that without the construction of a hospital under the Kosovo Correcting Service, without investment in professional infrastructure by offering additional incentives to health professionals working at this hospital, there will be no improvement in health treatment for those deprived of freedom despite maximum commitment of the prison healthcare Service”, it is said in response.
The lack of access to public health institutions is a major challenge for the SKK and the US, the first under the Ministry of Justice and the second of the Ministry of Health. For KMDLNJ, particular concern is the insensibility of the courts, even of cases of incurable illness, refusing to say any plea argued by the Hospital Prison Service to cut the” sentence, is said to be further in response. /Periscope/
