The session will be at 09 a.m., there should be Kurt for the announcement.
Klinaku, along with another person with N.S. initials, is accused by Pristina's Founding Prosecutor of running Kurt through social networks on August 30th of 2023.
Faton Klinkaku of the KLA War Veterans' Organisation earlier had said it remains to be seen whether Prime Minister Kurti will attend this session in the quality of the prosecutor's injury and witness.
“The initial review at the Foundation Court in Pristina is scheduled to be held on September 3rd, 2025, at 09:00. Let's see if Albin Kurti is going to respond to the invitation as the prosecutor's witness-submitter,” wrote Klink on Facebook.
Klink had stated in early August that neither he nor his lawyer had been notified of setting up the indictment against him, but had added that “mezi expects” to face Kurti in court.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has handed over the indictment to two persons who are suspected of having detained incumbent Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
According to the indictment, on August 30, 2023, Klinaku is accused of sending back a message with a threatening content to Kurt, saying:
“... I repeat, if you find the previous post scandalous: I've killed A.K. before. I don't let him go and leave Kosovo. ”
