Text Against KLA, today a criminal outcry and indictment against President Basha

Through a Facebook post, lawyer Djind has indicated that the handover of criminal speculation and the indictment will take place today at 13:20, near the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo.

The indictment relates to Basha's claims to funding the Kosovo Liberation Army by drug cartels and to his co-operation with an author for publishing these claims in a US university science magazine.

“On Friday day in Special Prosecutor at 13:20 we will hand over criminal speculation and the indictment against Dimal Basha for propaganda in spreading false facts to the Kosovo Liberation Army. The KLA is funded by drug cartels, where Dimal Basha has highlighted these claims in a scientific magazine at a U.S. university, and also the fact that Dimal Basha has collaborated with one author and has spread facts against KLA, providing information on this author in publishing this magazine against the Albanian population. So I as a lawyer and a representative The KLA on Friday will prosecute criminal speculation, where we will ask that the published magazine be taken in as a whole during the investigation and will be sought by the Special Prosecutor for Dimal Basha to be banned from exercising the office of the chief parliament, while the case is addressed and investigated by the Special Prosecutor. The U.S. University will provide us with a scientific magazine, and it will be expressed in the criminal work that Dimal Basha” has committed, Djind said.
