The session's own presence is Kurti, who after the presentation suggested that he has not committed a lawyer and will represent himself in this case.
Klink said he didn't know he could represent himself, otherwise he wouldn't get a lawyer, writes. Periscope.
The prosecutor of the case read the indictment, where it was revealed that both Klink and Selmani have lived through their personal profiles on the social Facebook network.
Among other things, Klinak's posts were read literally, stating that it previously kills Albin Kurt rather than leaving his way.
We remember that a few weeks ago, the prosecution announced that the indictment against Klinkak and Selmani for criminal acts “Canosja” has been handed over to the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
“According to the indictment, on 29.08.23, defendant Faton Klinaku in order to intimidate and force the official person now injured Albin Kurti, in his quality as prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo, to take certain action or not to take action under his official duty, has seized him through his personal profile in the social network, posting Scripture with threatening content”, the prosecution said.
So desperate was his voter that he said: I gave him the vote for a change, and change, let him not but we're going down as a country and there's nothing left but running out. I said: I didn't even vote, nor change for good I never expected it, as far as going out, I used to kill Albin Kurt, rather than walk away from Kosovo. Kosovo shouldn't even dare to let go of those who have fought for it”, Klink was quoted as writing on Facebook.
