During the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Attila Nagy officially handed over his responsibilities to Lieutenant Colonel Gergely Hercog, both of the Hungarian Army's military.
In his speech, Major General Bardonini expressed his sincere gratitude to Lieutenant Colonel Nagy, who led the way. K THREE BN since March 2025. Bardon praised the extraordinary professionalism and leadership that Nagy has demonstrated throughout his ministry.
KFOR commander-in-chief also sent the best wishes to Lieutenant Colonel Hercog for taking over the new command.
As a symbolic sign of transition, the flag of NATO was moved by the commander fleeing to the new one a gesture representing the continuation of NATO's leadership and sustainable commitment to peace and stability in the region. /Periscope/
