KDR rules Judge Naim Krasniqi - Yashanica

The “Justice Vow” finds it's about Judge Naim Krasniqi-Jashnica.

The KDR announced that by unanimous voting it was decided to suspend the tribunal until another Council decision.

The Council, following review and analysis of the disciplinary case, has established the investigative panel and, by unanimous vote, has decided to suspend the subject of the investigation until another Council decision. The Council estimated that the suspension of the subject of the investigation, in this phase of the procedure, would create preconditions for the investigative panel to investigate the matter independently, objectively and uninfluted”, the statement said.

The “Justice Vow” has contacted Judge Krasniqi-Jashnica, who said he has not made the decision yet.

Judge Krasniqi's Support -Jashnica comes after days ago a audio-incision was published in which Judge Naim Krasniqi is involved - Yashanica and retired prosecutor Edita Yupoli. In that audio-incision, the prosecutor and the judge discuss with a man accused of domestic violence, including the victim of domestic violence. The accused is even given recommendations for domestic violence.
