January 6th Protester sues Donald Trump for $40 trillion

Jacob Chansley, known as “QAnon Shaman” due to the horned suit he wore during the attack on the U.S. Congress on January 6, 2021, has filed an unusual indictment against Donald Trump, demanding compensation of 40 trillion dollars. In a 26-page document that looks more like a manifesto than with a legal indictment, Chansley claims to be the true “commander of the United States. He accuses a “ele world” of violating the Constitution and requires that only two laws be implemented in America: The Human Rights Amendments (Bill of Rights) and the original Constitution forward A2 CNN.
In his indictment, Chansley has included a long list of institutions and individuals, including Donald Trump, Federal Reserve, National Security Agency (NSA), International Monetary Fund, World Bank, Israeli State, Elon Musk's X Company, T-Mobile and Warner Bros.
One of the most remarkable demands is the production of a gold coin one ounce (28.3 grams), estimated at $40 trillion, to pay off the national debt. Also unusual is the claim that the films “The Dark Knight” of Christopher Nolan and “Avatar” James Cameron's were copied by his writings.
Chansley goes on to say that the National Agency (NSA) agency has deceived him with the identity of actress Michele Rodriguez to convince him to use his “capabilities as shaman” in alien affairs. He even claims Trump personally contacted him with e-mail two days after the riots.
Earlier convicted of obstructing an official procedure, Chansley was pardoned by Trump in January 2025, along with about 1,500 other people. Initially a fervent supporter of the president, he later distanced himself after Trump refused to publish the so-called “doption Epstein”. /Periscope/
