US State Secretary James Rubin's former assistant, James Rubin, has started testifying before the Special Court as a witness to the defense of former KLA leaders.
Regarding his testimony in The Hague, Rubin had made the news known to him in an episode of the “previous display” with CNN journalist Christiane Ammanpour.
He has declared there is much to say about the war in Kosovo.
I will be in Europe, because next week I will witness to the Special War Crimes Tribunal in Kosovo and as someone who was useful to Madeleine Albright and to the founding of the original War Crimes Tribunal, I will go back to the past and have more to say about this”, he has declared.
