Rubin will start today starting at 0900 his pre-special testimony, being one of the 11 witnesses invited by Thaci to confess to the trial for KLA war events.
Rubin has made the news known on an episode of the previous “show with CNN journalist Christiane Ammanpour.
I'm going to be in Europe, because next week I'm going to give a witness at the Special War Crimes Tribunal in Kosovo and as someone who was useful to Madeleine Albright and the founding of the original War Crimes Tribunal, I'm going back to the past and I have more to say about this”, has declared it.
