Jakaj from IKD: Basha arbitrarily claimed that the Assembly was constitutionalised

Jakaj said that at first a change in the way of voting was made by the head of the constitutional session, the oldest MP, Avni Dehari, and then Basha arbitraryly declared the constitutional constitution.
The researcher said the leader, Dehar, also had arbitrary conduct, as he had to intervene the Constitutional Court for precise implementation of the Constitution and parliamentary practice, so that the vote could be made open.
When the vote became open, then there was an opportunity to have a head of the Assembly. And when we had a head of the Assembly coming from the Vetevendosje Movement, he again wrote absorptionally two cases -- to change the way of voting for the deputy leader from the communities and to the conclusion of the session by consisting that the Assembly is the constitutional, and we can do other actions, which are required according to regulation”, Jakaj said.
Regarding this situation, Jakaj stressed that, fortunately, the Constitutional Court decided that the move would not initiate procedures for forming the Government.
