As reported in the decision that was published this week on Tuesday, August 5th, around 21:30, in the town of Borova, King Tomislav 8”, the Suhopolje municipality in Croatia, near the local hall, he broke public order and calm in a public place, shouting the song “Kosovo is Serbia”, reports the danica.hr, broadcast Klanosov.
“Using a portable speaker, which he tied through BARBlutooth, he sounded a loud song, one of which was titled ʹKosovo is Serbia. In doing so, he disturbed citizens because 5 August in the Republic of Croatia marks Victory Day and the Day of Croatian Protection”.
“After a while, he stopped playing music and went home”, the decision said.
The judge fined it 300 euros and 15 euros for anti-profit spending.
She says he survived well, as the statuteic sentence for such wrongdoing ranges from 700 to 4,000 euros. /Periscope/
