Ismaili Bridge from Ulpiana: Spirit of change is knocking on every Pristina neighbourhood

Pristina chairmanial candidate Uran Ismaili has today presented his solutions to the Ulpiana neighbourhood as part of the general platform for a functional capital and livelihoodable neighbourhood.

In his speech, Ismaili said Ulpiana is one of Pristina's most emblemsful spaces, known for its urban heritage and identity, but due to the lack of consistent interventions from the municipality, today faces amortised infrastructure.

The breath of change is knocking on every neighbourhood in Pristina. Unlike others who promise utopic projects that take 8-10 years, I'm competing with tangible solutions to real problems, which come out of your hands and serve you. Citizens of Pristina need first to make sure that basic conditions for a dignified life, not empty promises never realized”, Ismaili told those present.

The identifying projects on Ismaili's platform for Ulpiana neighbourhood are:

Two underground parking lots integrated into public spaces, maintaining the urban identity of the neighborhood;

The facade and isolation of residential buildings and public objects;

Ravitisation and modernisation of the Ulpiana market;

Set up elevators and improve public lighting;

) Renovation of the school “

Dezinecting and improving hygiene in residential blocks.

This presentation of Ismaili in Ulpiana comes as a follow-up to this week's meetings in Nazim Gafurri, Tophane, Mujahiers and Calabria neighbourhoods, where Ismaili has presented concrete projects for each.
