Candidate of PDK for Pristina chairman Uran Ismaili, in an interview in Debat Plus at RTV Dukagjini has spoken of his re- running for the capital's first, stressing that the city needs new energy and projects that improve citizens' lives.
He said Pristina cannot move forward without a new approach:
“Pristina needs a resurrection, a greater commitment, interventions and projects that make the lives of citizens easier and better,” has said Ismaili, via Periscope.
Speaking of his vision, he has underlined the importance of an open and close leadership with citizens:
“needs a government which is co-partative with citizens, which accepts their complaints, their advice, their needs as a platform for themselves. So it needs a mayor who's a citizen, you know citizens, you know Pristina, you live for 1015 years and more, these same problems we have,”, he stressed.
Ismaili has said his candidacy is closely linked to his former experience and engagement in public institutions, but also with his sense of the capital.
When he collected all of this, add my past experience to public institutions, I think it was necessary to compete. I have no other city, I have the right experience, there are demands that there be an candidacy, and there has been an candidacy of mine... it's also in my feeling for Pristina and my experience for Pristina,” has declared Ismaili.
