IPK arrests four police officials, suspected of <x0manipulation with evidence”

 

 

This, under the suspicion that the same were committed criminal work “manipulation with evidence”.

According to the announcement based on initial investigations, police officials on September 13th 2025 have not prosecuted in a case of “The cause of the general risk”, as well as allegedly hiding and manipulating the evidence found at the scene.

It also became known that suspects in this case, with the decision of the Basic Prosecutor in Mitrovica, have been assigned the detention measure for 48 hours.

 

 

As part of the IPK administrative procedures, it has recommended to Kosovo Police Regional Directorate of Mitrovica South and the suspension of four suspects who have been on duty at the Police Station in South Mitrovica.

IPK investigators in full co-ordination with the Prosecution will continue to take further investigative action towards full enlightenment of all the circumstances related to the case.
