In the investigation into criminal prosecution No.1449/2024, it turned out that the event occurred in November 2024, when the parents of two students, identified with the initials I.B. and A.K., denounced sexual content messages sent by the teacher through the Whatsapp app.
The girls have claimed that communication was of exciting character, including inappropriate demands and violation of their dignity, Periscope.
The prosecution administered numerous evidence, including the examination of mobile devices of minors and defendants, technical negotiation experts, as well as the statements of girls taken in the presence of psychologists and legal representatives.
Psychological expertise reports showed that the event has caused stress and anxiety in minors, imposing the need for specialized therapeutic support.
At the conclusion of the investigation, the prosecution at the Court of the First Court of General Jurisdiction, Corca points out that the case in question meets all elements of the “sexual prosecution against children, a crime that Albanian law predicts as a high-risk social act, Abcnews.al reports.
