The lawyer Gent Djind has announced that the indictment is linked to “Basha's claims to fund the Kosovo Liberation Army from the drug cartel” and to his “co-operation with a author for publishing these claims” in a scientific magazine of a US university.
Ginny announced that indictment would be handed over by him and a representative KLA at 13:20 Friday.
Lawyer Gent Djind in his announcement said they would ask the Special Prosecutor to prevent Basha from carrying out the task of chief parliamentary, while, as he intends, the case will be addressed and investigated.
Meanwhile, Wednesday, Chief Prime Minister Dimal Basha has announced that his name has already disappeared from co-authorship along with chapter 3 for which he admitted he had written about fundamental Islamist in Kosovo. /Periscopi/
