The National Defence Ministry states the State Border Service is responsible for investigating this event.
Otherwise, the Petrobaltic oil platform belongs to the Orlen Group and operates on the Polish part of the Baltic Sea.
It is used for the use of oil and gas deposits placed under the seabed.
