Public Transport Administration confirmed for Lésentiel That one of the vehicles involved was “a van from a company operating for Adopto” service.
According to RTL, the two victims in this vehicle were the driver and a beneficiary of this dedicated transportation service for the disabled.
Luesentiel further reports that Kosovo youth Edonik, Uka and Ujcan were residents of Wiltz, and that they started schooling at Wiltz elementary school before continuing in Lucee du Nord.
“Wukan was preparing to start the last year of high school there, while Ednik was thinking of a higher education”, reports Lénesentiel.

The tragic accident took a close look at Emmanuel, 79, and Marie 70. With their van parked in a small parking lot near the site of the event, the retired French couple from Bethune returned to N15, where they saw the accident that left five people dead Monday 6:10 p.m.
According to their testimony to Léescentiel, there were only pieces of broken glass and plastic on the scene, burned asphalt and grass that still testified to the tragedy of the previous day.
The “was terrible, really terrible, there was nothing we could do that we could do”, Marie told Léescentiel.
The tourist couple were on their way between northern France and Alsas and wanted to visit Luxembourg.

This road was clean, right, with good looks. We were driving at normal speed, about 70 km/h. We were the first vehicle, about 300 meters behind the van that got hit”, Emmanuel said.
We saw him rise and fall. I didn't see the black car crash. He was hiding from the van”, said the retired man in shock.
We immediately realized it was serious. We approached to help, we ran to do something”, he said further.
According to witnesses, the white van was on the side and the “car printed completely” while the first rescue teams boasted within minutes.
We had to retreat. We let firemen work”, he said, reports Léescentiel. /Periscopi/
