Heart: Every action of Kurt has been maliciously aimed at holding two positions is a violation

Zemaj has said that delays in the constitution and the failure to form the new government are “responsibility for the majority”. But, according to him, the VV doesn't have the numbers for government, so it's dragged on so long after the institution's formation.

But, according to Zemaj, still more harmful than non-institutions, is keeping two positions from the prime minister and incumbent ministers “illegally” and “making executive decisions”.

For this, he has said that action must be followed by the Court's Prosecutor.

This is unfortunately the responsibility of the majority. From the beginning we have seen that the VV, but even Kurti as prime minister in office, has not been interested in making the constitution a living, much less the election of the new government. Because there is no political agreement, there are no numbers for government and the country's development process has been proposed, unfortunately by holding the Parliament hostage, but also holding the country's development hostage. What's worse is keeping two positions illegally, taking executive decisions, distributing the budget unplannedly, which have done damage that are irreparable in the sense of Kosovo's walk, but that should be sanctioned by the Prosecutor and Court”, has declared Zemaj for EO.

Zemaj said keeping two positions by Kurti and the executive decisions made in this period are illegal and have caused irreversible damage.

The “Every action of Kurti has been malicious, or in violation of the constitution's regulation and constitutional violations. You know all the decisions so far are from the actions of the VV and not the actions of the LDK or someone else. The regulation's violation, the changes in the agenda, the maintenance of two positions, the tendency to elect unilaterally the deputy heads of the Parliament, all of this has prevailed and sent the situation to the Constitutional Court, establishing measures and taking all of this time to the constitution and electing the government”, he stressed.

He stressed that the best solution would be the new elections, but currently remains to be expected of the Constitutional Court's decision, which has imposed interim measures until September 30th, suspending the Parliament's actions.
