Lutfi Haziri, LDK deputy chairman, facing analysts on the show Debat Plus has been speaking about the situation created in the Assembly, where the VV calls the constitution, while the LDK and PDK have decided not to attend the Assembly's Parliament leadership meetings.
He's said the Assembly is called a constitutionalised only if Mr. Dimal Basha calls his right to comment on the Parliament's regulation.
The “Practically the Parliament and formally it is not binding because the right gained for all parties in the Republic country of” is not finalised, he has said.
Haziri has accused Albin Kurti of failing to reach an agreement between the parties on the table.
He has added that the situation in the Assembly has remained in procedure, as there is no political agreement.
