Haliti in this interview has said the KLA has had a very strict attitude, and no coffee, and not a penny's worth of skeet have been taken by someone they knew was involved in drug trafficking.
When asked about drugs, they said we had the KLA fund, but they were lies. We've had a very strict attitude, never a man who's been selling drugs we've got heels and no money or a coffee, at least I've been drinking”, Haliti said in T7.. /Periscopi/
